The BEST (but most difficult) Exercise for Incredible Results

If there’s one thing everyone MUST know about their health and fitness journey is how to do this one exercise.

This one exercise is hands down the hardest exercise you can do. Most people simply can’t do it. BUT if you figure out a way to do it, it will change your life.

To be honest this exercise is so powerful it won’t just help you with your health and fitness. It will improve every single area of your life. Your work. Your money. Your family. Your friendships. Even your relationship with God.

And no, I’m not talking about Squats. As much as I do love a good squat, even a squat can’t do what I’m talking about here.

By now I’m sure you’re either dying to know which exercise I’m talking about (or you’re rolling your eyes because there’s no way one exercise is that effective.)

Well, there really is an exercise that is that effective. And here it is…

You need to EXERCISE PATIENCE.

Patience is the deciding factor between the clients who go on to create incredible, lasting lifestyle changes and those who don’t.

You won’t change your life in days. Weeks. Or even months.

You’ll make progress in that time. Good progress even.

But to change your life requires years.

And to get all the way, it requires decades.

And since patience is such a powerful tool, if you follow a good plan with even 60% consistency and you do it long enough, you will absolutely reach your goals.

But if you do a plan with 100% consistency for a few weeks or even months, you’ll see decent results but nowhere near as much as the person in the example above. Not to mention the fact that the person above is likely going to KEEP GOING. They aren’t going to quit.

If you set the expectation of achieving your goal in a ridiculously short period of time, you’re more likely to get frustrated when that doesn’t happen. And quitting will almost certainly follow.

Have a big vision, focus on doing great work today, and be patient. Plan to do good work day after day, week after week, month after month. And don’t crush yourself along the way! Don’t burnout. Just put in a 6-8 out of 10 effort and do so for a long, long time.

This is the only way to win.

Exercising Patience is the only way to win.
