Nate Johnson
The MOST Underrated Fat Loss Exercise

The fitness industry is full of flashy headlines about toning certain body parts or incinerating
belly fat. It sounds nice, but it just doesn't work like that.
The only way to lose fat is to eat fewer calories than you burn each day.
A huge part of losing fat is choosing low calorie, nutrient dense foods that keep you full and give you energy. However, the second part of the equation is equally important. We need to burn more calories!
Besides strength training, which you should already be doing 3 days per week, there's one
exercise that is rarely talked about, yet it can burn more calories than any other form of exercise out there!
Walking.
Walking is hands down the most underrated exercise for fat loss. Sure, things like sprints, jumping rope, swimming, and aerobics classes can burn 200-500 calories per session. The problem is most people aren't going to do those all day long. You can, however, walk most
of the day.
Adding in lots of short 10-15 minute walks throughout your day can easily burn an extra 500+ calories per day.
The best part is it feels effortless unlike traditional "cardio". If you want to "Incinerate Belly Fat", ditch the super intense exercise classes. Instead, focus on
strength training 3 days per week and walking as much as possible.
You can't create a flashy headline out of this plan, but it will give you the strong, healthy, and
toned body you want. The choice is yours.
