What Results Can I Expect at Steel Strength Training?

A new client asked me this morning:


"What results can I expect? Actually what results can you guarantee?"


Wow! A bold question. I like it!

If you do what we recommend 80%-90% of the time I can pretty much guarantee the following timeline will happen for you:


  • After 1 workout you'll sleep better and have more mental clarity

  • After 1 week you'll sleep better, have more energy, and have more mental clarity

  • After 2 weeks you'll notice you are less bloated and you'll see small changes in muscle definition

  • After 1 month you'll see a significant change in most of your body. If the goal is fat loss, you can expect to lose 0.5 - 1.5 inches off your waist each month. (Though sometimes it is faster than this.)

  • We typically see clients lose a dress/pant size every 2-4 months.

  • We typically see clients lose 2-4 dress/pant sizes in a year.


Within a VERY short period of time you will know the process works. But I'll end with this quote:


"Most people overestimate what they can accomplish in a short period of time. And they underestimate what they can accomplish over a long period of time."


Progress will be immediate. But if you stay consistent AND patient, your results will blow you away.
