Why We Track Client Results
Updated: Jul 12, 2022
We take clients' pictures and measurements every month for their first 3 months and quarterly after that. This is one of the best parts of our program, even though it's only a small piece of the time commitment clients make.
So what's the big deal? Why is taking 15 minutes to track results so important?
I'm glad you asked. Watch me talk about it in the video OR keep scrolling and read the blog:
There are 4 reasons we track client results:
We Don't Want to Fly Blind
Sometimes it's the Slap in the Face We Need
Seeing Your Progress is Highly Motivating
Tracking is the Surest and Fastest Path to Success
We Don't Want to Fly Blind
If you're driving a plane, walking somewhere, or flying a plane like one of my clients does...you don't want to fly blind. You keep your eyes open. You look at your destination. You look at your current position to make sure you're still on the road. And you look for feedback like how fast you're going and where the GPS says you are and how much longer til your destination.
Constantly remembering where you're going, where you are now, and what you need to focus on is key to your success.
And even if you're not where you want to be or you're not going at the rate you'd like, it's still important to know the facts.
Sometimes it's the Slap in the Face We Need
Sometimes those facts we're seeking to know aren't fun. That's why many people would rather stick their head in the sand. The problem is, sticking your head in the sand allows for your situation to get even worse. You're only delaying a bigger slap.
Better to face reality today than to waist weeks, months, years, or even decades only to realize you could have been at your destination a long time ago if you had just looked at the facts.
Face the facts. Take the slap. And make a change!
Seeing Your Progress is Highly Motivating
Winning feels good. Really, really good! Being pretty sure you're making progress is cool. But objectively knowing you're making progress is freaking awesome. Even if you're crushing it, you need to track your results.
Trust me, you'll be glad you did! You'll only add fuel to the fire!
Tracking is the Surest and Fastest Path to Success
Like I talked about earlier, you want to constantly remember where you're going, where you are now, and what you need to focus on.
This is without a doubt the fastest and surest way to success.
Always knowing the facts ensures you don't waste time. You limit any drift that happens. You stay focused, excited, and motivated.
If you're a client, don't miss out on your Goal Reviews. They are crucial to your success.
And if you aren't a client, don't neglect to track your results. No matter how bad or how good they might be.
And lastly, if you want a coach in your corner that is committed to your success, we'd love to help you change your life. Are you interested in learning more about working with us?
